Job description
Role Overview
Höss Group is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor / Site Manager to oversee inspection, repair, and maintenance assignments at fuel facility sites in Germany, with the possibility of supporting projects in other European locations as well.
Work Locations
This role is based in Germany, including Spangdahlem, Ramstein, Bavaria, and additional project sites across the country.
Candidate Profile
The company is looking for someone with at least 3 years of hands-on site supervision experience. Prior exposure to civil, electrical, mechanical, and metal coating work is important, and experience on fuel-related projects is especially valued. A technical or engineering qualification is preferred, although relevant experience in the fuel sector may also be considered.
Language Requirements
Applicants must be able to communicate confidently in both English and German, in writing as well as speaking.
Compensation and Benefits
The position offers a starting salary of €80,000 per year, along with a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week. Benefits include health insurance, 30 days of paid leave plus German public holidays, a company car with fuel, company-funded accommodation for relocation, and additional annual company benefits.
