Site Supervisor

Role overview

The company is looking for a seasoned and observant Site Supervisor to manage window installation work from project handover through final completion. This role involves leading on-site installation crews, including fitters and helpers, checking alignment and workmanship carefully, enforcing quality standards, and acting as the main on-site contact so projects are finished on schedule and as specified.

Core responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site activity and keep track of work progress.
• Make sure all work follows approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
• Work closely with engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and labour teams to keep execution smooth.
• Track material consumption and update stock or inventory records accurately.
• Maintain adherence to safety rules and internal company guidelines.
• Carry out routine site checks to ensure quality requirements are being met.
• Spot on-site challenges quickly and take action to resolve them.
• Record daily progress and share updates with project management.
• Deliver assigned tasks within the agreed budget and completion timelines.

Eligibility

Candidates with a Diploma in any specialization or a B.Tech / B.E. in any specialization are eligible to apply.

Salary

The role offers an annual salary in the range of INR 1,00,000 to INR 5,50,000.
