You will also support the upkeep of the site and vehicle fleet, helping ensure health and safety standards are met.
In addition, the role involves running team meetings and delivering staff training, while also being expected to manage your own workload effectively.
Working pattern
This is a full-time position of 37.5 hours per week, working 52 weeks per year. The rota runs Monday to Friday on a two-week alternating shift pattern: 10:00 am to 6:00 pm and 6:00 am to 2:00 pm.

The appointee will need to complete an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check. The school is looking for someone with a professional manner, practical approach, good communication skills, computer literacy, a strong understanding of health and safety, and a full clean driving licence.
Package and other information
The school offers a competitive salary, full training, uniform, lunch, and refreshments while on duty. Previous applicants do not need to reapply. Applications close on Friday 26 June 2026, and interviews are expected to take place shortly after the deadline.
