- Oversee store operations and keep inventory systems accurate and up to date.
- Deliver inventory solutions at customer locations while working closely with internal stakeholders.
- Respond to after-hours requests when approved by the supervisor or manager and agreed with the customer.
- Build and maintain vendor relationships, including discussions and negotiation with suppliers and manufacturers.
What you need
- Comfort with regular travel and frequent site visits to customer locations.
- Ability to work independently while unloading stock on site and refilling vending machines.
- Strong customer service approach, with clear verbal and written communication.
- Good computer skills and the ability to solve problems quickly in a busy environment.
- A full, unrestricted Australian driver’s licence is essential.
What’s on offer
- Permanent employment with incentives and access to Wesfarmers share plans.

- Discount access across Kmart, Bunnings, Target, and Officeworks, plus a free One Pass subscription and discounted partner offers from more than 400 retailers.
- Chance to help improve operations and processes.
- Ongoing training and development to support career growth.
- Team events, celebrations, recognition awards, and prizes.
- Employee Assistance Program for the employee and immediate family, including counselling, coaching, financial advice, legal guidance, nutritional support, and more.
- Refer-a-friend program with earnings of up to $2,000 per referral.
- Option to buy up to 4 additional weeks of annual leave.
- Generous paid parental leave.
- Free onsite parking.
