Role Summary

This is an on-site, full-time position based in Singapore for a Site Civil Engineer. The role centers on managing civil and construction activities at site, reviewing and preparing civil engineering designs, coordinating planning efforts, handling stormwater and related civil systems, and ensuring work is completed in line with safety and quality expectations. The engineer will work closely with contractors, consultants, and other project stakeholders to keep execution aligned with project goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee civil engineering and construction work at the project site.
• Prepare, assess, and refine civil design deliverables as required for project execution.
• Support project planning and coordinate timelines, resources, and work sequences.
• Manage stormwater systems and other civil infrastructure elements.
• Ensure construction activities meet defined safety, quality, and compliance standards.
• Liaise with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to drive project delivery.
• Track progress and help resolve site-level issues efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field is required.
• Hands-on knowledge of civil engineering design and core civil engineering concepts is expected.
• Prior experience supervising civil works and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams is important.
• Strong planning and organization abilities are needed to manage schedules and resources.
• Knowledge of stormwater management and associated infrastructure systems is required.
• Familiarity with engineering design and project planning software/tools is necessary.
• Understanding of construction safety and quality requirements is expected.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills are needed for coordination across teams.
• Experience in industrial projects will be considered an advantage.
