Job description

Position Overview

We are seeking skilled ServiceNow ITSM Developers to join a prestigious client organization based in Singapore. This permanent role offers flexibility with hybrid or remote working options and targets candidates with 2 to 6 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities and Skills

  • Manipulate and enhance various ServiceNow ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, CMDB, Service Portal, Release, and Knowledge Management.
  • Develop expertise in JavaScript and AngularJS to create and maintain custom workflows, business rules, UI pages, UI actions, and catalog items.
  • Implement ServiceNow scripting and manage third-party integrations to ensure streamlined functionality.
  • Manage CMDB, Discovery, and Event Management processes effectively.
  • Coordinate asset management and integrate Microsoft SCCM.
  • Enable integrations with external services such as LDAP, SSO, JIRA, Workday, Slack, and Tanium.
  • Work efficiently within Agile development environments.
  • Communicate clearly and maintain thorough documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

Holding a ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS – ITSM) certification is highly favored.
