Job description
Role Overview
This role is for a ServiceNow Architect responsible for building, enhancing, and supporting enterprise ServiceNow solutions for a client-facing technology environment in Noida, India.
Core Responsibilities
- Build and support tailored ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Work across ServiceNow CSM, ITSM, ITOM, and App Engine environments.
- Integrate OpenAI capabilities with ServiceNow ITSM workflows.
- Implement and work with ServiceNow Now Assist, which is a required part of the role.
- Set up, configure, and administer ServiceNow modules as needed.
Eligibility
Candidates should hold a B.Tech / B.E. degree in any specialization.
Compensation
The offered salary range is INR 6,00,000 to INR 15,00,000 per year.
