About the Role

This position places you at the front line of service delivery for wind turbine customers in the Aljouf region. You will be responsible for keeping turbines running safely and efficiently while maintaining a high standard of workmanship, professionalism, and care for personal safety. A solid foundation in electrical and mechanical systems, along with a customer-focused mindset, is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose faults and complete repairs on electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Carry out planned servicing, maintenance, inspections, corrective work, and part replacements in line with service agreements.
  • Support smooth turbine operation by using monitoring and remote-control systems.
  • Communicate with customers about work that has been completed and upcoming maintenance or repairs.
  • Take ownership of the service vehicle, warehouse stock, tools, materials, and spare parts.
  • Record daily work updates in SAP.
  • Maintain the highest standards for safety and environmental compliance while meeting service targets.
  • Assemble components and major parts according to work instructions and applicable rules, including the use of internal or external cranes when required.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Hands-on background or formal education in electricity, mechanics, or hydraulics, with a strong willingness to keep learning and improving.
  • Ability to communicate in English is an advantage.
  • Comfort using computers, reporting tools, and systems used for monitoring, documentation, and communication.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Team-oriented attitude with strong communication and a service-minded approach.
  • Ability to work in a structured, self-directed manner.
  • Flexibility to handle unplanned overtime when needed.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Strong commitment to health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Physically fit to climb wind turbines, work at height, perform demanding manual tasks, and operate in varying weather conditions.
