Overview

As a Service Operator based in Soro, Odisha, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining client satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform regular service inspections following Vestas' standards on electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic components of wind turbines.
• Build and maintain productive and professional relationships with customers and regional team members including technicians, planners, and storekeepers.
• Conduct all tasks adhering to the highest safety and environmental guidelines while achieving service objectives.

Qualifications and Skills

• Possess a Youth Training qualification (NVQ Level 1 or 2), BTEC First Diploma, or High School Diploma with technical experience in maintenance, electrical engineering, or mechanics.
• Proficient in technical English, both written and oral, with familiarity in using Microsoft Office applications.
• Demonstrate autonomy, a results-driven mindset, effective communication skills, and strong teamwork spirit.
• Willingness to travel and work at heights, with a strong commitment to workplace safety.
