Service Advisor

Position Overview

We are seeking a Service Advisor to join our Porsche dealership located in Hull. The role operates Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 18:00, including working one Saturday morning every five weeks.

The remuneration package consists of a base salary plus a monthly bonus, with an on-target earnings (OTE) of £35,000 annually.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and book customer vehicles for maintenance and repair services, coordinating with the workshop team to manage workload efficiently.
• Greet customers upon arrival, ensuring a smooth and professional service experience from vehicle drop-off to handover.
• Provide regular updates to customers regarding their vehicle's progress, authorize any additional work required, and conduct follow-up communications.
• Collaborate closely with the Workshop, Parts, and Sales departments to guarantee timely readiness of vehicles.

Candidate Profile

• A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, with the ability to quickly build and maintain customer relationships.
• Professional appearance paired with a positive attitude and strong character geared towards success.
• Previous experience in customer service roles, preferably involving target-oriented environments focused on customer satisfaction and sales goals.
• Strong organizational and administrative capabilities; familiarity with dealer management systems is a plus but not mandatory.
• Experience in the motor trade, automotive industry, or car dealership setting is preferred; comprehensive training is available for motivated candidates.
