ERP Mark Inc. is looking for an experienced Senior US IT Recruiter to join its US staffing team. This role is ideal for a recruiter who can handle the full hiring cycle, work in a fast-paced environment, and build strong connections with candidates, clients, and implementation partners. The position is based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, with an onsite/remote setup.

Job details

This is a full-time position with a night shift schedule aligned to US EST hours. The role requires at least 3 years of practical US IT staffing experience. The stated monthly compensation cap is ₹25,000 to ₹35,000.

Key responsibilities

  • Own the complete US IT recruitment process, from identifying candidates to helping with onboarding.
  • Find suitable IT professionals through platforms such as Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, and professional networking channels.
  • Recruit across US engagement models including W2, C2C, and 1099.
  • Arrange interviews, discuss and negotiate pay rates, and work toward successful offer closures.
  • Develop and maintain productive working relationships with candidates, clients, and implementation partners.
  • Keep ATS and VMS records updated and track recruitment performance metrics.

Required profile

The employer is seeking someone with 3+ years of hands-on experience in real US IT staffing. The ideal candidate should understand US tax structures and visa categories, be comfortable using ATS/VMS platforms and job boards, and be able to operate independently in a target-oriented setup. Good communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills are essential. Familiarity with AI tools and AI-based recruiting methods is also expected at a basic level.

Preferred background

Priority will be given to candidates with experience working directly with US clients and implementation partners. Immediate joiners are preferred, and applicants based in Chennai, Bangalore, or Hyderabad are especially encouraged.
