The role is best suited to someone with strong functional testing experience and a background working alongside infrastructure, server, networking, and operations teams in complex enterprise settings.

In this position, you will help protect the quality, stability, and reliability of infrastructure-related initiatives by contributing across planning, execution, defect handling, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out functional, integration, system, and end-to-end testing.
  • Check infrastructure-related modifications across servers, networking, command and control platforms, and operational environments.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, operations, engineering, and project stakeholders to clarify requirements and identify testing impacts.
  • Track defects through investigation, resolution, and retesting.
  • Take part in test planning, effort estimation, risk review, and status reporting.
  • Assist with release readiness and production verification testing.
  • Help improve testing methods and broader quality practices.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience as a Senior Test Analyst in large enterprise environments.
  • Strong functional testing experience across complex technology landscapes.
  • Hands-on exposure to testing infrastructure platforms, server environments, networking technologies, command and control systems, and operational technology environments.
  • Solid understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
  • Experience using defect management and test management tools.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while partnering effectively with technical and business teams.
  • Preferred experience in infrastructure transformation or migration programs.
  • Exposure to monitoring, operational support, or service management environments is an advantage.
  • Experience in government, utilities, defence, telecommunications, or other large enterprise settings is desirable.
  • ISTQB certification or similar testing qualifications are preferred.

Perks and Benefits

  • Opportunity to work with modern tools and experienced quality engineering professionals.
  • Access to structured training and certification in AI-applied testing techniques.
  • Ongoing use of the AI Test Companion tool, Amplify, to support learning and delivery.
  • Chance to build future-ready skills in AI-empowered testing.
  • Inclusive workplace culture that welcomes applicants from diverse backgrounds.
  • Supportive environment where attitude, experience, and a can-do approach are valued highly.
