Job Summary

This role leads end-to-end hiring efforts in support of the company’s growth and operating goals, with a strong emphasis on sourcing high-caliber talent for the fragrance, cosmetics, and retail industries. The position is responsible for shaping recruitment plans, strengthening talent pipelines, improving the applicant journey, and delivering fast, high-quality hiring outcomes that help the business scale efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full hiring process, beginning with application review and continuing through offer approval and new hire onboarding.
  • Create and roll out recruitment strategies designed specifically for the fragrance and retail sectors.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and translate them into practical hiring plans.
  • Source candidates through professional networks, social platforms, databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
  • Carry out competency-based and behavioral interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Develop and maintain a strong talent pool to support both immediate and future hiring requirements.
  • Lead bulk hiring initiatives for retail and operational positions when needed.
  • Improve the candidate journey while supporting employer brand efforts.
  • Guide and oversee the talent acquisition team.
  • Track hiring performance indicators such as temporary hiring volume, recruitment cost, recruitment quality, and job offer acceptance rate.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on recruitment matters and Saudization-related initiatives.
  • Ensure hiring activities comply with HR policies and Saudi labor regulations.
  • Prepare recruitment dashboards and reports, review hiring data, and recommend process improvements.

Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required.

The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a strong preference for backgrounds in perfume, cosmetics, fashion, or retail businesses.

Hands-on experience in retail, operations, and store recruitment is important.

Working knowledge of Saudi labor law and recruitment best practices is expected.

Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms is needed.

English fluency is preferred.
