Job description

Role overview

We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Talent Acquisition Officer to support hiring activities across the United Arab Emirates. This position calls for someone who can manage recruitment end to end, with particular strength in sourcing, posting vacancies, and engaging candidates across varied sectors such as Oil & Gas and IT.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee the complete hiring cycle, starting from sourcing candidates through to onboarding.
  • Create and execute sourcing approaches that bring in strong, relevant applicants.
  • Publish vacancies across multiple channels and support a compelling employer image.
  • Review applications, shortlist profiles, and conduct candidate interviews in an efficient manner.
  • Develop and nurture a talent pool for both immediate and future recruitment requirements.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to clarify role expectations and candidate needs.
  • Use sourcing resources such as professional networks, job boards, and internal or external databases.
  • Deliver candidates in a timely manner while maintaining quality standards.
  • Prepare and update recruitment dashboards, reports, and tracking documents.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in talent acquisition or recruitment is required.
  • At least 2 years of experience working in the UAE market is necessary.
  • Proven ability to source CVs effectively, particularly for technical positions.
  • Prior hiring exposure in Oil & Gas, IT, and similar industries is needed.
  • Experience with a recruitment agency environment is strongly preferred.
  • Strong spoken and written English communication skills are essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal abilities and stakeholder management skills are required.
  • The role demands the ability to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines consistently.

Preferred capabilities

  • Advanced sourcing and headhunting techniques.
  • Working knowledge of ATS platforms and recruitment systems.
  • Ability to build professional networks and relationships effectively.

Additional information

This is a full-time position based in the United Arab Emirates. The role involves managing recruitment for multiple industries and supporting hiring efforts with a proactive, high-output approach.
