- Contribute to a performance-driven sales culture that consistently meets or exceeds stakeholder expectations.
- Work effectively with regional and global teams to support customer success and revenue growth.
- Own territory coverage for major customers in the Philippines and drive business within the assigned market.
- Operate in a high-touch sales motion with direct customer engagement.
- Coordinate closely with local partnerships in the Singapore market.
- Align the sales team around clear priorities and a common direction based on global guidance.
- Collaborate with partners across the region so customer feedback shapes product and proposition development.
- Build strong cross-functional relationships to remove barriers to sales execution.
- Maintain account data, contact records, account plans, and activity reports in Salesforce.com and other sales tools.
- Manage forecasts and pipeline plans with accurate quarterly and annual expectations and minimal variance.
- Act as the primary executive contact for enterprise accounts and develop trusted senior-level relationships.
- Create and execute account strategies that drive retention, growth, and expansion.
- Understand customer priorities and align offerings to their strategic goals.
- Lead complex enterprise deal cycles, including negotiations, stakeholder alignment, and lengthy sales processes.
- Work with pre-sales, delivery, and support teams to drive customer success and value realization.
- Consistently meet and exceed annual sales targets and performance measures.
- Build trusted advisor relationships with senior executives such as CEOs, CIOs, and CTOs.
- Represent the business at industry events, forums, and executive briefings.
- Provide business reviews and performance updates to internal and external stakeholders.
Required Experience and Qualifications
- 10 or more years of direct selling experience with Singapore and Philippines customers in high-touch IT solutions sales within a complex, competitive environment, especially in financial services.
