Senior Solutions Architect - Arabic Speaker

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Solutions Architect to shape and deliver sophisticated enterprise technology solutions. In this position, you will own solution architecture, make sure technical direction supports business goals, and work closely with engineering teams across the full software lifecycle. The role calls for deep technical knowledge, strong stakeholder communication, and the ability to build solutions that are scalable, secure, and high-performing in both cloud and on-premise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design enterprise-grade applications and platforms that are secure, scalable, and optimized for performance.
• Drive the complete solution design journey, starting with requirement discovery and analysis and continuing through release and post-deployment support.
• Work with business stakeholders, project leads, and technical teams to convert business needs into workable technical designs.
• Set architecture principles, standards, and implementation guidelines for teams to follow.
• Provide technical direction and mentorship to development teams throughout the SDLC.
• Plan and supervise system integrations using APIs, messaging systems, and middleware tools.
• Make sure all solutions meet expectations for security, reliability, scalability, performance, and long-term maintainability.
• Assess new and emerging technologies and recommend practical innovations that support business outcomes.
• Take part in architecture reviews, code reviews, and governance forums.
• Assist in diagnosing and resolving complex technical problems.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
• At least 10 years of hands-on experience building and implementing complex IT systems.
• Strong background in software architecture and system design.
• Thorough understanding of the full SDLC, including ideation, design, development, deployment, and support.
• Practical development experience with web technologies, React, CRM platforms, and .NET Core.
• Experience working with integration tools and technologies such as message queues, brokers, API gateways, and BPM solutions.
• Strong capability in database design and data modeling.
• Good knowledge of software design patterns and how to apply them in real projects.
• Architecture experience across both public and private cloud environments.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and organizational discipline.
• Comfortable working in collaborative team settings and managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Self-driven, proactive, and able to operate effectively under shifting priorities.
