Job description
Role summary
This position is focused on selling a defined set of SAP Customer Experience (CX) solutions to a targeted business area or buying group, such as Marketing, Sales, Service, Commerce, or Customer Data. The objective is to help customers improve customer engagement, connect experiences across touchpoints, and support revenue growth using the SAP CX portfolio.
The role also involves supporting adoption of the solutions, helping customers realize business value, and managing the continuity and growth of existing and prospective accounts. It is a quota-carrying sales role with responsibility for maintaining customer relationships and shaping customer requirements.

- Own the outcome of assigned workstreams or projects within the area of responsibility.
- Operate as a senior contributor on technically and commercially complex matters.
- Use specialist knowledge and proven creativity to produce strong results and workable solutions.
- Contribute to long-term planning and concept development.
