About the Role

As a Senior Salesforce (SFDC) Administrator within the Business Systems team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional SFDC administrative services. Your contributions will directly enhance the usability, efficiency, and adoption of the SFDC instance. This position involves supporting and developing services for managing NAVEX employees and associated business applications within SFDC. You will collaborate with users to ensure applications meet their evolving needs and align with NAVEX's operational changes, policies, and procedures. The role also requires providing reports, analysis, and business intelligence, and integrating technology services through the SFDC instance.

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily administration and support for Salesforce Support Cases, including managing user setups, profiles, roles, customizing objects, fields, record types, page layouts, validation rules, and workflows.
  • Collaborate with management, strategic planning, analysis staff, and end-users to design and implement complex workflow rules, data validation, and triggers.
  • Develop and generate customized reports and dashboards to provide insights.
  • Create and document application requirements by working with stakeholders involved in program enhancements and changes.
  • Manage the software testing lifecycle, including creating test plans, test cases, establishing protocols, setting up testing environments, and coordinating software testing activities.
  • Stay updated on new Salesforce features and functionalities, and recommend process improvements.
  • Communicate system functionality updates and enhancements to application users.
  • Provide technical support to application users.
  • Log and track identified system issues through to resolution.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for processes, policies, application configurations, and user guides for developed database applications.
  • Support developers in creating technical documentation for existing and future applications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce Administration.
  • Possession of a Salesforce Administrator certification is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce Flows is required.
  • Solid understanding of relational databases and data integration tools.
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as SOQL, SQL, Visualforce, HTML, Java, and Apex is preferred.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively on multiple projects.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced, candid work environment that encourages innovation, constructive debate, and follow-through.
  • A curious mindset and willingness to leverage AI and emerging technologies for enhanced work outcomes.

Additional Information

The expected working hours for this position are from 3:00 PM IST to 12:00 AM IST. This is a hybrid role where you will work alongside an engaged and collaborative team.
