Headquartered in Darya Ganj, New Delhi, the company works through a wide marketing network of resident representatives across India and beyond to support customers quickly and effectively.

Role overview

In this position, you will help grow the company’s presence across Delhi-NCR, Moradabad, Bareilly, and nearby markets by creating new business opportunities, strengthening client partnerships, and contributing to regional growth targets. The role is suited to someone who wants to contribute to the education sector while representing a respected publishing brand.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture relationships with school principals, teachers, distributors, and institutional buyers.
  • Execute sales plans that support business goals across Delhi-NCR, Moradabad, Bareilly, and surrounding territories.
  • Identify fresh revenue opportunities through direct selling and channel alliances.
  • Introduce and promote the company’s publications to schools, colleges, and other educational institutions.
  • Collect market insights and customer feedback to guide product improvements and commercial decisions.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets while expanding the brand’s regional footprint.
  • Monitor pipeline activity, sales performance, and customer interactions using CRM and analytics tools.
  • Represent the organisation at seminars, academic events, and education conferences within the assigned region.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a similar field.
  • At least 2 years of sales experience, ideally in education publishing or EdTech.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills along with solid negotiation ability.
  • A proactive mindset with good problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • Working knowledge of CRM platforms such as Odoo or Salesforce, plus basic data analysis skills.
  • Willingness to travel regularly across Delhi-NCR, Moradabad, Bareilly, and nearby locations.

Additional information

The company is also open to candidates who have worked as Sales Executives, Sales Representatives, Sales Officers, Sales Associates, Business Development Executives, or Marketing Executives.

Compensation

The role carries a yearly salary in the range of INR 5,00,000 to INR 7,00,000.
