Role Overview
Everyday Coffee Company, a fast-growing franchise partner of Dunkin’, is looking to strengthen its talent acquisition capabilities as the business expands. The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for important corporate and restaurant leadership positions, while also creating scalable, technology-driven hiring practices that improve how the company attracts, evaluates, and brings on talent.
This opportunity is well suited for a recruiter who is naturally curious, comfortable with technology, and energized by a fast-moving environment. Success in this role will depend on strong partnership with hiring leaders and a genuine interest in helping a growing organization hire at scale.

Reports to: Director, Talent and Growth
Location: Austin, TX (in person / hybrid)

What You Will Do
- Lead the complete hiring process for key corporate and restaurant leadership positions, starting from role intake and continuing through offer acceptance and preboarding.
- Develop active candidate pipelines by using direct outreach, referrals, job boards, social channels, and applicant tracking system tools.
- Evaluate candidates for capability, experience, and overall fit while keeping pipeline records and reporting accurate and up to date.
- Work closely with hiring managers to define job expectations, interview structures, timelines, and final hiring choices.
- Handle job postings, interview scheduling, interview feedback, offers, and preboarding so searches progress smoothly and efficiently.
- Support a positive candidate journey through timely communication and polished representation of the company’s brand and culture.
- Make sure locations are ready for hiring needs, including seasonal staffing, and help resolve sourcing or selection challenges.
- Review recruiting workflows, scheduling practices, sourcing methods, and tools to improve speed, consistency, and scalability.
- Monitor recruiting KPIs and share insights that help improve hiring quality, process performance, and stakeholder experience.
Requirements
- 3 to 5+ years of recruiting experience, with end-to-end hiring in a high-growth or high-volume setting.
- Proven ability to manage several searches and stakeholders at once while making sound selection decisions and maintaining a strong candidate experience.
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms, recruiting technology, and recruiting performance metrics.
- Excellent planning, communication, and follow-through skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, with the capacity to anticipate needs and openness to using AI tools.
- Preferred: recruiting background in QSR, retail, hospitality, healthcare, or other multi-location businesses.
- Preferred: familiarity with ATS systems such as Paradox, iCIMS, Lever, Greenhouse, or similar tools.
- Preferred: experience improving or building recruiting processes in a scaling organization.
- Key strengths include curiosity, resourcefulness, a solutions mindset, comfort with data and recruiting tools, collaborative communication, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
