Role overview
This position is a part-time hybrid opportunity in Abu Dhabi, combining on-site collaboration with remote work. The Senior Project Manager will lead the coordination of multiple initiatives and make sure each project moves forward efficiently, stays on schedule, and supports the organization’s wider objectives.
What you will do
You will manage project plans and timelines, keep communication flowing across stakeholders, coordinate inspections, oversee logistics, and help ensure smooth day-to-day delivery of work. The role requires someone who can guide execution, solve coordination issues quickly, and maintain a strong focus on outcomes.
What we are looking for
The ideal candidate brings solid project management capability, including planning, execution, and on-time delivery. Experience in expediting work so project tasks stay on track is important, along with familiarity with inspection and quality assurance processes. Strong logistics coordination skills are also needed to support efficient use of people, tools, and resources.
Additional qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a closely related discipline is required. Experience with project management software and tools is expected. Prior exposure to the technology or entrepreneurial ecosystem will be considered an advantage.
