Job description

Role Overview

This position supports supply chain operations in Dubai, UAE, with an onsite, full-time setup. The role focuses on procurement administration, supplier coordination, logistics follow-up, data accuracy, and compliance support to help keep purchasing activities running smoothly.

The compensation budget for this role is under AED 10,000. Candidates of Philippine nationality are preferred.

What You Will Do

  • Handle day-to-day procurement administration, including purchase orders, contracts, delivery documents, and internal records.
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings, vendor visits, and internal review discussions when needed.
  • Prepare supporting documents, reports, and presentations for procurement reviews and audit-related activities.
  • Create and process purchase orders in line with company procedures.
  • Request vendor quotations, follow up on delivery timelines, and confirm order statuses.
  • Assist with vendor onboarding, supplier evaluation, and sourcing by researching suppliers through catalogs, online sources, and direct outreach.
  • Keep supplier databases and compliance files current and accurate.
  • Support bid activity by preparing invitations, RFPs/RFQs, and comparing supplier submissions on cost, quality, and delivery terms for award recommendations.
  • Work with logistics, warehouse, and supplier teams to support timely delivery, receiving, dispatch, and proper paperwork for goods and materials.
  • Maintain accurate purchasing information and PO records in SAP ERP systems.
  • Help ensure procurement work follows internal policies, external rules, and QHSE standards, including preventive action support.
  • Assist audits by organizing and sharing accurate records and reports.
  • Coordinate with HQ procurement, finance, operations, and warehouse teams to keep SCM processes moving efficiently.
  • Follow up on purchase requisitions, approvals, invoices, and payment status when required.
  • Track requisitions and purchase orders through to completion to make sure orders are fulfilled on time.
  • Take on additional administrative tasks and special assignments as needed.
  • Contribute to process improvement and system enhancement efforts within the supply chain function.

Requirements

  • A degree or diploma in a relevant field.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in supply chain management.
  • Good command of MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Working knowledge of SAP is required.
  • Hands-on exposure to SAP ERP, particularly the SAP MM module for GRN processing, is a key requirement.
  • Strong commercial awareness and contract management capability.
  • Well-organized, meticulous, and able to manage details carefully.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working through uncertainty and constraints.
  • Results-focused with a practical, business-minded approach.
  • Resourceful and willing to take initiative and handle challenges.

This is a full-time onsite position in Dubai, UAE. The role sits under supply chain management and includes administrative, procurement, logistics, and compliance support.
