Job description

Company Overview

Publicis Groupe is a global leader in marketing, communications, and digital transformation. Through the Power of One approach, it brings together creativity and technology to provide clients with integrated access to expertise from more than 80,000 people across over 100 countries.

Publicis LeOne is a connected, cross-functional team delivering an end-to-end solution for a major client, Haleon, a leading consumer health company focused on improving everyday health with humanity.

An opportunity is open for a proactive and detail-focused Senior Paid Search (SEM) Executive to join the Publicis LeOne team. This role may suit either a senior executive seeking broader exposure with a category leader or an executive ready for the next step in their career.

Role Summary

Working closely with the Senior Paid Search Manager, you will help manage paid search activity across a portfolio of client brands. The position covers campaign setup, ongoing optimisation, and the continued improvement of SEM accounts. You will also guide offshore team members in their daily tasks, ensuring work is accurate and delivered on time. In addition, you will contribute to client meetings, handle requests, and help shape SEM strategy. Success in this role depends on strong problem-solving ability, sharp attention to detail, clear communication, and solid paid search expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of performance media strategies, with paid search as the main focus.
  • Build, run, and refine campaigns across paid search platforms to support client objectives.
  • Produce accurate, timely reporting with practical insights and optimisation suggestions.
  • Work with a high degree of precision so tasks are completed correctly and efficiently.
  • Use an inquisitive approach to assess campaign data and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Manage priorities well and take responsibility for multiple tasks at the same time.
  • Assist Account Services with ad hoc client and stakeholder requests.
  • Partner with Performance Media, Account Management, and Operations teams in a collaborative, team-first environment.

What Success Looks Like

  • Ability to work within a supportive, collaborative team culture.
  • Experience partnering with major, globally recognised brands.
  • Comfort working in an environment with longer lead times than typical industry timelines, supporting better work-life balance.
  • Interest in career growth within a large organisation that offers strong internal mobility opportunities.

Candidate Profile

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in building and managing SEM / paid search campaigns.
  • Working knowledge of Google Ads and SA360.
  • A strong desire to grow into a broader performance media specialist role.
  • Hands-on experience executing, improving, and reporting on paid search activity.
  • Good command of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • A history of delivering measurable performance improvements for clients.
  • Proven ability to own tasks, manage priorities, and handle several responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Intermediate presentation skills, including client status updates and monthly reporting.
