Role Overview
Sun Pharma is hiring a Senior Officer / Executive in Human Resources (Operations) for its Global Human Resources function based in Vadodara, Gujarat. The position focuses on HR operations, onboarding, employee lifecycle management, policy execution, HR systems, and support for performance management activities.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the full onboarding and induction journey for new joiners.
- Manage employee lifecycle activities from joining through exit.
- Help create a smooth and positive employee experience.
- Support daily HR operations and routine employee-related processes.
- Handle HR documentation, policy rollout, and compliance-related work.
- Assist in running Performance Management System cycles.
- Support the HRBP in delivering strategic HR initiatives.
- Communicate policies proactively and help ensure consistent implementation.
- Maintain and refresh employee data in HRIS systems.
- Use HR tools effectively, with working knowledge of SuccessFactors preferred.
Requirements
- MBA in Human Resources or MHRM.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Good command of Excel and HRIS tools.
- Ability to support HR operations with accuracy and coordination.
