Job description
Role overview
This position leads execution of major transformation efforts across the APAC region. Reporting to the Senior Director – Transformation, you will partner with senior regional leaders to translate strategic goals into concrete delivery plans, and ensure initiatives progress from intake through implementation and adoption. The role also focuses on building the structures, governance, processes, and metrics required to sustain change over time.
What you will do
- Run the end-to-end transformation workflow, including request intake, prioritisation, delivery, and embedding of change.
- Evaluate new transformation proposals, define the core business issue, and judge the likely value before advancing the work.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to convert strategic priorities into practical action plans.
- Develop workable solutions spanning organisation design, operating rhythms, process improvement, governance, and KPIs.
- Surface dependencies, risks, blockers, and key decisions that could affect delivery.
- Help launch transformation programmes by setting milestones, timelines, owners, and governance cadence.
- Monitor progress across workstreams and provide consistent status updates to leadership.
- Produce sharp analysis, decision documents, executive presentations, and progress reporting for senior forums.
- Flag delayed or high-risk items early and recommend next steps to restore momentum.
- Document successful approaches and convert them into reusable playbooks that support ongoing regional improvement.
What you need
- 3 to 5 years of experience in strategy, transformation, business improvement, or operating model design, with at least 2 years in management consulting preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a similar discipline; an MBA or master’s qualification is an advantage.
- Strong analytical ability and a structured approach to solving complex business problems.
- Comfort with dynamic, fast-changing environments where priorities can shift quickly.
- Excellent communication skills and the confidence to engage, challenge, and influence senior stakeholders.
- Advanced capability in PowerPoint and Excel, including building business cases, leadership decks, reports, and planning materials.
