Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in People Operations, with deep ownership of payroll, HRIS, benefits, and compliance.
- Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now, including configuration and process optimization.
- Background managing complex payroll across multiple states, entities, and employee groups.
- Working knowledge of employment law, compliance requirements, audits, and employee data practices.
- Comfort using data, reporting, and systems to support better decision-making.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and accountability.
- Ability to move between strategic planning and day-to-day execution in a fast-paced setting.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to work as a trusted cross-functional partner.
- Experience managing, mentoring, or developing team members.
Preferred background
- Experience in healthcare, clinical operations, or another heavily regulated environment.
- Experience working in a high-growth or venture-backed company.
- Familiarity with Carta, JIRA, and benefits administration tools.
- Experience creating or refining People Ops processes from scratch.
