- Convert business priorities and performance gaps into practical training solutions that support learner needs and organizational goals.

- Contribute to cross-functional initiatives and help improve training practices through collaboration and continuous improvement.
Additional Information
This is an experienced-level role. Travel is required up to 10% of the time. The working shift is first shift/daytime hours. For roles involving access to technical data, candidates may need export licensing review by the relevant U.S. government authorities. Applicants other than U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, and protected individuals may be subject to that process. The employer is committed to equal opportunity and welcomes candidates regardless of protected characteristics.

Hands-on experience with content authoring and multimedia tools is essential, including Articulate Storyline, Adobe Creative Suite, Vyond, Camtasia, Microsoft products, and related editing software. Familiarity with learning management systems, SCORM requirements, and current trends in learning technologies is also expected.
