Role summary
This is a full-time, on-site position in Bengaluru South for an experienced inside sales professional. The role covers the complete sales cycle, from identifying prospects and qualifying leads to delivering product or service presentations and converting opportunities into closed business. The person in this position will manage outbound and inbound communication through calls, emails, and virtual meetings, while also building a healthy pipeline and maintaining strong relationships with prospects and customers.
What you will do
- Own the end-to-end inside sales process, including prospecting, lead qualification, presentations, and deal closure.
- Handle outbound and inbound calls, emails, and virtual meetings to develop and progress opportunities.
- Work closely with marketing and delivery teams to turn qualified leads into customers.
- Strengthen and manage existing accounts while supporting a smooth customer experience.
- Keep CRM data accurate and up to date.
- Prepare sales summaries, reports, and forecasts.
- Consistently work toward meeting both individual and team sales targets.
Qualifications and requirements
- Strong capability in inside sales, including pipeline building, prospecting, and closing business.
- Proven success in IT sales, especially in Data Analytics and AI services as well as product sales.
- A solid professional network and familiarity with international clients.
- Ability to generate leads by identifying prospects and evaluating opportunities.
- Experience managing accounts with a focus on relationship building and retention.
- Strong commitment to customer service, customer satisfaction, timely follow-up, and issue resolution.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable using CRM platforms, sales automation tools, and basic data analysis for reporting.
- Able to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver within deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline; prior experience in IT services or B2B sales is beneficial.
