About the Role
This position is focused on generating revenue from enterprise accounts in India through virtual selling and proactive business development. The role calls for someone who enjoys winning new customers, expanding market reach, and managing the sales journey end to end while nurturing strong client relationships and consistently delivering against targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Grow revenue within assigned enterprise accounts across India.
- Plan and execute acquisition strategies to bring in new accounts and reach underserved segments.
- Identify and convert new enterprise customers through outbound prospecting.
- Build a healthy acquisition funnel using cold calls, email outreach, virtual meetings, referrals, and professional networking.
- Handle the full inside sales process, including prospecting, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
- Create territory and account plans that support pipeline growth and customer acquisition.
- Source opportunities through trade fairs, webinars, and local or regional networking events.
- Engage decision-makers and influencers to present solutions and support customer conversion.
- Use strong product understanding to explain value in a way that matches customer needs.
- Work with internal teams to ensure a smooth handoff and successful onboarding for new customers.
- Maintain strong sales momentum with high activity, energy, and a target-oriented approach.
- Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual goals for acquisition and revenue.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in inside sales, B2B selling, or account acquisition.
- Hands-on experience winning new enterprise customers in India.
- A strong hunter approach with a history of bringing in and expanding new accounts.
- Proven ability in outbound prospecting, pipeline creation, and closing deals.
- A track record of meeting or surpassing sales and acquisition quotas.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and virtual selling capabilities.
- Solid product knowledge with the confidence to present solutions clearly.
- High energy, self-motivation, and a strong drive to hit sales targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
