Role overview

CHARLES & KEITH GROUP is seeking a Senior HR Executive in Singapore to support a business unit as a key people partner. In this position, you will serve as the main contact for employee and HR-related matters, helping managers and staff navigate day-to-day human resources needs.

What you will do

  • Work closely with business leaders and employees in the assigned unit, acting as the first point of contact for all people-related issues.
  • Advise line managers on workforce planning, employee development, grievances, and disciplinary situations.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers on headcount needs and oversee the end-to-end recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
  • Keep candidate records and requisition information up to date and ensure hiring reports are accurate and submitted on time.
  • Handle core HR administration such as preparing employment contracts, managing work pass processes, and maintaining employee files and documentation.
  • Support prompt and efficient delivery of HR services across the business.
  • Take part in and help drive HR projects and initiatives that strengthen employer branding and improve the employee experience.

What we are looking for

  • A degree in Business Management, Administration, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or another related field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition and/or Human Resources.
  • Good knowledge of the Employment Act and other local labour and employment regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect well with people and build cooperative relationships across teams and functions.

Additional information

This role is based in Singapore and is offered as a full-time onsite position.
