Role Overview

As a Senior Healthcare Recruiter, you will be responsible for matching highly qualified healthcare professionals with the right opportunities while contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle the entire recruiting process for healthcare roles, including candidate sourcing, application screening, interview coordination, offer discussions, and onboarding support.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates so you can understand their needs and provide tailored recruiting solutions.
  • Keep current with healthcare hiring trends, labor market developments, and new approaches to talent acquisition.
  • Work in close partnership with the internal team and contribute to a workplace culture built on teamwork, openness, and strong performance.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of experience in recruiting or staffing, with a strong background in healthcare, nursing, and other clinical positions.
  • A demonstrated history of successfully placing candidates and developing long-term client relationships.
  • Strong communication, organization, and people skills, along with the ability to solve problems creatively.
  • Comfort using recruiting platforms, ATS tools such as Tracker, AI-based resources, and social media for candidate sourcing.
  • A proactive, self-driven, and goal-oriented approach with the ability to work independently while still contributing well in a team setting.
