Senior Graphic Designer & Video Editor

We are a rapidly expanding AI automation company specializing in cybersecurity solutions. Our core business involves developing go-to-market strategies, account-based marketing programs, and content generation systems that support the cybersecurity industry's adoption of modern AI tools. Our founder is a prominent influencer in the AI and GTM sectors on LinkedIn and Instagram, and our visual content, including infographics, workflow diagrams, carousels, and videos, reaches a substantial audience of professionals monthly. In our organization, design is not merely a supporting function but is integral to our brand identity.

We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer & Video Editor to manage the complete visual production lifecycle. This includes conceptualization and layout in Figma, through to the creation of polished static infographics and animated pieces using After Effects. You will collaborate closely with the founder and the content team. While concepts may be provided as text outlines, rough flowcharts, or AI-generated frameworks, your primary responsibility will be to transform these into high-quality, on-brand visual assets efficiently.

• Develop premium infographics, workflow diagrams, flowcharts, mind maps, and framework graphics tailored for platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram.
• Create engaging carousels, single-image posts, banners, lead magnet covers, presentation slides, and one-page documents.
• Translate intricate multi-step and branching workflows, including tool labels, into clear, accurate, and easily digestible diagrams.
• Produce motion graphics and 2D animations using After Effects, such as animated infographics, kinetic typography, lower thirds, and animated workflow demonstrations.

• Expert proficiency in Figma, including components, auto-layout, design systems, and rapid iteration (essential).
• Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop for image editing, retouching, and compositing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator for creating vector illustrations, icons, and diagram elements.
• Strong capabilities in Adobe After Effects for motion graphics and 2D animation.
• Experience with Adobe InDesign for laying out reports and multi-page documents.
• Competence in Adobe Premiere Pro (or similar software) for video editing, pacing, and audio enhancement.
• Solid understanding of typography, layout principles, color theory, visual hierarchy, and information design.

• Prior experience in designing for B2B SaaS companies, agencies, or founder-led personal brands.
• Familiarity with AI-powered design and video tools such as Midjourney, Runway, AI-based cleanup tools, and auto-captioning software.
