Role overview
As the Senior Global Integrated B2B Marketing Manager for Wolt for Work, you will shape the full marketing direction for one of Wolt’s most important business-to-business units. You will serve as the marketing lead for Wolt for Work, turning business objectives into priorities, messaging, and focused go-to-market execution across markets.
This is a role centered on strategy, judgment, and coordination. You will partner with specialized B2B marketing teams such as product marketing, content, paid media, lifecycle, events, creative, brand, and PR. Those teams own the craft and delivery; your responsibility is to connect the pieces, challenge assumptions, and make sure every effort supports one unified growth strategy.
You will work closely with product and commercial leaders as a senior partner, influencing direction without direct people management. In this position, you will act as a multiplier for the wider marketing organization.
What you will do
- Lead the global integrated marketing strategy and initiative plan for Wolt for Work, ensuring it aligns with business, product, sales, and regional needs.
- Serve as the primary marketing partner for the Wolt for Work unit, collaborating with both global and local product and commercial teams.
- Turn business objectives into clear, well-defined marketing plans that cover the full funnel.
- Unify product marketing, content, paid, lifecycle, events, brand, creative, and PR into connected GTM programs while execution remains with the specialist teams.
- Own selected global and market-specific initiatives from problem framing through delivery and performance review.
- Set priorities and make tradeoff decisions to keep attention on the highest-value opportunities.
- Develop the Wolt for Work story in the market, including positioning, core messaging, and external communication.
- Establish and monitor success measures across awareness, adoption, and revenue, then convert results into practical insights and next steps.
- Handle assigned campaign budgets and stay accountable for impact and return on investment.
- Spot gaps, missed opportunities, and risks early, then push the team toward stronger focus, quality, and outcomes.
- Create alignment and energy across teams and senior stakeholders without relying on formal authority.
What we are looking for
- Solid experience leading integrated B2B marketing in a complex, fast-changing, or multi-market setting.
- A broad cross-functional marketing foundation, with practical understanding of demand generation, product marketing, lifecycle, content, and brand.
- A strategic and commercially minded approach, with comfort owning direction, prioritization, and measurable outcomes.
- The confidence to question assumptions, raise difficult issues, and drive clarity while staying collaborative and constructive.
- The ability to create structure and focus when goals or requirements are not fully defined.
- A proven track record of influencing others and earning trust with senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical ability, including KPI definition and data-informed decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to align groups around one shared direction.
- Fluency in both German and English at C2 level.
- Experience in SaaS, platform businesses, or multi-product B2B companies is a strong advantage.
