Senior Executive - Training & Development

Role Overview

Nextenti Tech is hiring a Senior Executive for Training & Development to build, run, and improve learning initiatives for hospital staff. This position is focused on strengthening employee capability across clinical and non-clinical teams through structured training, onboarding, and ongoing development support.

What You Will Do

• Create and roll out learning programs for both clinical and non-clinical employees.
• Work with department heads to identify skill gaps and carry out training needs analysis.
• Plan and deliver induction, orientation, and refresher sessions for staff.
• Prepare training schedules, learning content, presentations, and related documentation.
• Lead classroom-based, virtual, workshop, and seminar-style training sessions.
• Measure training impact using evaluations, feedback, and performance data.
• Keep accurate training records and ensure alignment with hospital policies and quality requirements.
• Liaise with internal experts and outside training partners as needed.
• Contribute to employee growth programs and encourage a continuous learning mindset.
• Track current healthcare training practices and bring in suitable best practices.
