Senior Executive, Project Management

Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to spearhead digital transformation initiatives for our external clientele. This role focuses on managing intricate, multi-million-dollar projects within both Government and Commercial sectors. You will lead diverse teams and liaise with stakeholders to deliver cutting-edge business solutions, workflow automation, and AI integrations. Your strategic insights and expert project governance will drive successful project execution, operational improvements, and exceptional client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead detailed project planning and efficient resource allocation to align with client objectives and company standards.
• Oversee project progress monitoring encompassing deliverables, budget control, operational efficiency, and proper documentation.
• Develop and enforce comprehensive risk mitigation and quality assurance protocols throughout all project stages.
• Manage end-to-end project rollout ensuring punctual delivery within agreed budgets.
• Collaborate with sales teams to craft customized solution proposals emphasizing company strengths and client needs.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth project execution and achievement of client targets.
• Build and maintain strong internal stakeholder relationships to evaluate project demands and shape execution strategies.
• Maintain ongoing, transparent communication with clients to uphold high satisfaction and engagement during the project lifespan.
• Serve as a trusted consultant to clients, offering insightful recommendations aligned with their strategic aims.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Mandatory PMP or CITPM certification.
• A minimum of 4 years professional experience, including at least 1 year managing government projects and 3 years in IT Project Management roles.
• Hands-on experience with Electronic Content Management systems such as OpenText and EMC Documentum is highly preferred.
• Capability to mentor and lead project teams effectively.
• Strong command of spoken and written English with excellent communication skills.
• Proactive, customer-centered approach with a strong drive for delivering project success.
• Reliable team player able to engage productively across all organizational levels.
