Job description

Role overview

This position is for a hands-on and delivery-driven marketing professional who can strengthen brand presence, manage external agencies, support influencer partnerships, and execute local marketing plans. The role calls for someone who can coordinate smoothly across teams, keep multiple workstreams on track, and ensure marketing activity is delivered effectively. Experience with direct-to-consumer brands is essential, and background in beauty, skincare, personal care, cosmetics, fashion, or lifestyle will be an added advantage.

Agency and vendor coordination

  • Handle relationships and day-to-day coordination with creative, social, influencer, ATL/BTL, and regional agency partners.
  • Serve as the main contact for external agencies and ensure deliverables are completed within the required timeline.
  • Monitor agency performance, execution quality, schedules, and campaign results.
  • Support the onboarding and management of regional agency partners, including the upcoming Kerala agency engagement.

Content and social media

  • Take ownership of the brand’s content calendar across digital and social channels.
  • Work with internal teams and external partners to develop, review, and approve content.
  • Maintain consistent brand messaging across Instagram, Facebook, community groups, local digital channels, and owned platforms.

Influencer marketing

  • Identify suitable influencers and creators, assess fit, and bring them on board.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, content outputs, and content usage permissions.
  • Run influencer campaigns from briefing through delivery and post-campaign reporting.
  • Keep campaigns efficient from a budget perspective without reducing impact.

Local digital presence and marketing

  • Maintain and improve Google Business Listings and other local discovery platforms.
  • Plan and execute location-focused campaigns that build awareness and drive store visits.
  • Partner with regional teams to activate initiatives within local communities and groups.

Campaign delivery and cross-functional coordination

  • Ensure campaigns are executed smoothly across multiple marketing channels.
  • Coordinate with teams across Retail, Design, Content, Brand, Operations, and external partners.
  • Track timelines closely and remove execution barriers before they affect delivery.
  • Act as a key support point to help campaigns launch on time and at the expected quality.

Stakeholder management

  • Represent the brand professionally with agencies, influencers, vendors, and other external partners.
  • Build strong and lasting relationships with external stakeholders.
  • Provide close support during important launches and high-priority campaigns.

Candidate profile

The ideal applicant should have 3 to 6 years of experience in marketing, brand marketing, social media marketing, influencer marketing, or agency management. Prior work with D2C brands is mandatory. Experience in beauty, personal care, cosmetics, fashion, or lifestyle brands is preferred.
