Job Summary
The selected candidate will help drive brand strategy execution across the full funnel to support business growth. This role requires close coordination with internal teams, agencies, and vendors to make sure all projects are delivered consistently, on time, and in line with the brand plan.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and circulate MIS reports on schedule, highlight important trends, and recommend corrective actions for monthly reviews and AOP planning.
- Support vendor agreement finalization by connecting cross-functional teams with external partners.
- Work with Sales, Trade Marketing, Operations, and R&I teams to align brand initiatives with business priorities.
- Ensure complete on-time-in-full delivery and smooth execution of the brand marketing calendar.
- Partner with creative and media agencies to roll out advertising, digital, and promotional campaigns.
- Track market movements, competitor actions, and consumer insights, then translate findings into brand inputs and actions.
- Oversee go-to-market execution for new launches and brand campaigns.
- Measure campaign outcomes, analyze performance data, and compile reports.
- Manage the communications network and make sure execution happens according to plan and deadlines.
Requirements
- MBA qualification is required.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in brand-related roles within FMCG organizations.

This role is based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India and is a full-time onsite position.
