Role overview

This opportunity is for a Senior Executive Assistant & Office Manager based in Abu Dhabi, working on-site five days a week. The role reports into the CEO and leadership team and sits at the centre of daily business operations for a growing international technology company.

The organisation is a rapidly expanding technology company focused on enterprise security, identity intelligence, and sovereign technology offerings for government, defence, and critical infrastructure clients across the MENA region. The Abu Dhabi office is a key hub in its international expansion.

What the role involves

You will act as the operational anchor for the Abu Dhabi headquarters, supporting executive priorities while also managing office activity, HR administration, and coordination with important external contacts across the UAE.

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including diary coordination, travel planning, communication management, and prioritisation of leadership tasks.
  • Oversee the smooth running of the Abu Dhabi office, including facilities, vendors, regulatory compliance tasks, and government-related administration.
  • Handle HR coordination activities such as onboarding, employee records, visa processing, medical insurance administration, and other people-related workflows.
  • Develop and sustain productive relationships with government bodies, external partners, and service providers to keep operations running efficiently.

Candidate profile

The business is looking for a polished and trusted professional who understands the UAE business environment, is comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and authorities, and can maintain a highly organised workplace while handling confidential matters with discretion.

  • At least 5 years of experience in a Senior Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or comparable position in Abu Dhabi.
  • A well-established professional network and practical knowledge of how business is conducted in the UAE, including exposure to government liaison, external stakeholders, and service providers.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, with the confidence to represent senior leadership professionally.
  • Ability to work independently, safeguard sensitive information, and juggle several priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Working arrangement
