Role overview
This is a senior content leadership role focused on events, storytelling, and large-scale program design. You will shape the narrative and content behind high-impact community and flagship experiences, turning ideas into compelling agendas, keynote themes, and session content for varied audiences. The position requires strong judgment in translating complex, mission-focused topics into clear, engaging, and action-oriented event experiences.
You will act as the link between strategy and delivery, making sure each session supports the wider business and mission objectives. The role is highly collaborative and fast-moving, with content quality playing a direct role in audience engagement and event outcomes.
Core responsibilities
- Set the overall content direction for events, including themes, messaging structure, and program design for brand, field, and community gatherings.
- Lead the content development for major conferences and flagship experiences, ensuring they reflect business priorities, audience expectations, and brand voice.
- Build agendas, keynote storylines, breakout session structures, and other supporting materials in partnership with internal teams.
- Create session concepts, speaker briefing materials, and learning goals that support event strategy and attendee engagement.
- Find, engage, and manage keynote speakers and outside contributors while developing a sustainable speaker network.
- Draft and refine content for presentations, panels, executive keynotes, and event program assets across multiple formats.
- Prepare speaker-facing materials such as briefing packs, rehearsal support documents, and readiness guides.
- Work with marketing and communications teams to produce event copy for emails, landing pages, session summaries, and social posts.
- Monitor event performance indicators such as attendance, engagement, NPS, and session feedback, and use insights to improve future content decisions.
- Create repeatable systems, templates, and workflows that can scale with a growing global events calendar.
- Oversee timelines, review cycles, and approvals so event content is delivered on schedule.
- Coordinate with product, sales, customer success, and communications teams to keep event narratives aligned with broader organizational goals.
Requirements
- 5 to 7 years of experience in content strategy, event content, corporate communications, or B2B marketing.
- Hands-on experience creating content for large events, conferences, executive presentations, or multi-format programs.
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling ability, with the skill to simplify complex ideas into strong narratives.
- Solid project management experience, including juggling multiple deadlines, stakeholders, and deliverables at once.
- Experience in mission-driven, nonprofit, or social impact settings is considered a strong advantage.
- Ability to connect content planning to broader marketing, communications, or business objectives.
- Strong working knowledge of presentation tools such as PowerPoint, Keynote, or Google Slides.
- Well organized, detail-focused, and comfortable in a fast-paced cross-functional environment.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work smoothly with internal stakeholders and external speakers.
- Familiarity with event production, audience engagement, or content marketing tools is a plus.
- Experience with project management platforms such as ClickUp or similar tools is beneficial.

- Competitive pay with possible equity participation depending on the seniority level.
- Broad healthcare coverage that includes medical, dental, and vision support.
- Flexible remote setup with support for hybrid or distributed teamwork.
- Generous paid time off and adaptable holiday arrangements.
- Parental leave options for both primary and secondary caregivers.
- Financial and wellness support, including allowances for home office needs, learning, and wellbeing.
- Access to professional development opportunities, learning programs, and internal growth paths.
