About the Company
The KA Consulting Group works alongside CEOs, founders, and senior leadership teams to develop thought leadership, sharpen strategic messaging, and increase executive visibility. The focus is on critical business moments such as organizational shifts, leadership changes, periods of growth, and times when reputation matters most. The team values sound judgment, sharp thinking, and deliberate communication more than high-volume content production.
Role Summary
This position is a part-time, project-based opportunity for a seasoned Senior Creative Strategist who can independently shape strategy from start to finish. The person in this role will define the vision, translate it into creative direction, and collaborate with writers and designers to bring it to life. A major part of the role is guiding executive thought leadership programs and making sure the original strategic intent stays consistent across content and channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the creative and content strategy for executive clients.
- Develop positioning, narrative structures, and reusable content frameworks for thought leadership.
- Set a clear creative vision and overall strategic direction for each assignment.
- Work closely with writers, designers, and internal stakeholders to maintain alignment and quality.
- Write detailed briefs and provide actionable guidance and feedback to creative collaborators.
- Contribute light copywriting or strategic drafting when needed, such as outlines, messaging, or key posts.
- Edit and refine content so it is clear, polished, and appropriate for executive audiences.
- Advise leaders on visibility strategy, including what to publish, timing, and rationale.
- Maintain consistency across written materials, visuals, and the broader narrative.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate brings at least five years of experience in creative strategy, brand strategy, content strategy, or communications, along with direct exposure to CEOs, founders, or senior executives. This person should be comfortable moving between high-level strategy, creative direction, and selective hands-on execution. Strong writing and editing instincts are essential, as is the ability to shape narrative and positioning. The role also requires confidence in cross-functional collaboration, clear communication, constructive leadership, and a discreet, trusted approach suited to senior advisory work.
Engagement Details
- Part-time and project-based arrangement.
- Flexible working hours tied to project milestones.
- Fully remote work setup.
- Potential for repeat engagements depending on performance and fit.
Why This Opportunity Stands Out
This is a senior creative role for someone who prefers setting direction, refining ideas, and steering execution rather than producing content at scale. The work centers on helping leaders communicate more clearly, think more strategically, and present themselves with greater impact, while ensuring the output reflects that intent.
