Role Overview
This position focuses on working with merchandise partners, manufacturers, and brands to improve local partnerships, support onboarding, and contribute to category planning and market execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in building effective local partnerships with merchandise partners, manufacturers, and brands while following the company’s established guidelines.
- Help choose and implement category strategies that improve value for both the business and its customers.
- Guide assigned merchandise partners through the standard onboarding process and communicate market positioning, product planning, brand promotion, and operating direction.
- Collect performance data for categories and share practical feedback and recommendations.
- Support project delivery by coordinating resources and working with merchants according to project plans.
- Prepare industry analysis reports to identify customer needs and support tactical adjustments based on market trends.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of operational experience, including work in brand management or platform operations.
- Strong existing connections within local seller and vendor networks are a strong advantage.
- Good analytical ability with experience using data to study industry trends, support project management, and draw conclusions.
- Ability to spot market opportunities and contribute innovative marketing ideas for merchant planning.
- Strong problem-solving mindset, self-driven attitude, strategic thinking, and quick adaptability.
- Comfortable working under pressure and handling logistics during peak-demand periods.
