Senior Brand Manager

About the Role

Solara Labs is seeking a Senior Brand Manager to steer the growth of EZ Melts, a fast-rising vitamins and supplements brand in the online consumer marketplace. This role is suited to someone who can combine brand-building vision with commercial execution, helping scale a product line in a highly competitive e-commerce environment.

You will play a key part in shaping brand direction, introducing new products, and supporting growth across digital sales channels. The position begins onsite and transitions to a hybrid arrangement after the first 90 days of onboarding and orientation.

What You Will Do

• Define and refine brand strategy and market positioning.
• Lead new product launches from early concept through market rollout.
• Drive growth across Amazon, Walmart.com, and direct-to-consumer channels.
• Provide creative direction for digital marketing and brand assets.
• Plan and optimize email marketing and customer retention initiatives.
• Track performance metrics, build forecasts, and manage budgets.
• Work closely with Product Development, Creative, Regulatory, and E-commerce teams to align execution.

What We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate brings senior-level brand management experience along with a strong background in e-commerce and direct-to-consumer growth. Experience with Shopify is required, and prior success selling through online marketplaces is essential. Candidates who have launched consumer products and can pair analytical thinking with creative judgment will be especially well suited to this role.
