  • Track the condition, repairs, and replacement cycle of AV equipment.
  • Supervise the delivery and installation of equipment.

Vendor, Contract & Procurement Support

  • Coordinate with vendors and maintenance contractors for AV service support.
  • Monitor service quality and follow up on support contracts.
  • Support contract-based installations and maintenance activities.
  • Research suitable AV technologies for purchase recommendations.
  • Assist with budgeting for equipment and consumables.
  • Contribute to long-term AV strategy and capacity planning.

Documentation, Governance & Media Support

  • Document failures, installations, repairs, and removals accurately.
  • Keep technical manuals and AV reference documents up to date.
  • Support production-related AV media tasks, including editing, duplication, and content handling when needed.

Required Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree or diploma in Audio Visual Technology, Electronics, Information Technology, Multimedia Technology, Computer Science, or a similar technical discipline is required.

The position needs at least 5 years of practical experience in AV systems and event support, along with a minimum of 3 years in event coordination. Experience supporting corporate conferences, press conferences, and large-scale events is expected.

Preferred Certifications

Certifications in AV system installation and configuration are preferred. Crestron and AMX certifications are also considered an advantage.
