Role Overview
This Senior Analyst role in Business Analytics is designed for someone who can turn complex data into practical business actions. The position supports growth for global brands by converting large, varied datasets into insights that can guide commercial decisions.
You will act as a connector between analytical work and business execution, partnering with teams across regions to develop dashboards, automated reporting, and intelligence solutions. The role uses a modern stack that includes Snowflake, DBT, GitHub, DOMO, and Sigma to deliver timely market and consumer insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain competition intelligence tools and recurring business trackers that help teams understand market performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Bring together data from multiple sources such as marketing, finance, and point-of-sale to connect business context with analytical output.
- Work with corporate, regional, and local stakeholders to collect requirements and provide durable, insight-driven solutions.
- Manage the full data workflow, including quality checks, discrepancy resolution, and automation of insights using GenAI.
- Coordinate with data engineering teams to pull information from cloud systems and build scalable pipelines using Snowflake, DBT, and GitHub.
Qualifications
- Graduate degree in Engineering, Sciences, or Statistics, or an MBA.
- Experience handling third-party syndicated market data such as Nielsen, Kantar, and IRI, as well as point-of-sale datasets.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in data insights or analytics.
- Background in a client-facing or stakeholder-management role, with the ability to understand business needs and form hypotheses.
- Working knowledge of data transformation tools such as SQL, Python, Snowflake, DBT, and GitHub.
- Familiarity with visualization platforms such as Tableau, DOMO, Looker Studio, or Sigma.
- Strong ability to read, interpret, and present data clearly.
- Good verbal and written communication skills for business collaboration.
- Strong presentation and visualization capabilities.
Preferred Experience
- Experience building or supporting automated insight solutions.
- Exposure to the consumer packaged goods industry.
- Hands-on work with competition intelligence solutions.
- Interest in trying new tools and techniques.
- Good facilitation and project management skills.
