Role Summary
This opening is for a Senior Agent focused on Japanese language voice support in the collections process. The position is suitable for both freshers and candidates with prior experience. The work is based in Noida and requires strong communication ability, customer interaction skills, and comfort working in a fast-paced support environment.

Responsibilities
- Manage customer conversations for the collections process in the required language.
- Respond to customers in a professional manner and guide them toward the right resolution.
- Follow defined process rules and maintain quality expectations throughout each interaction.
- Work toward assigned productivity and performance goals.
- Record customer interaction details accurately and consistently.
Candidate Profile
- Strong command of Japanese is required for the role.
- Applicants with previous exposure to language-based process work will be given preference.
- Background in BPO or collections work will be considered an advantage.
- Good spoken communication and customer-handling ability are essential.
- The role requires comfort with voice-based, customer-facing support work.
- Flexibility to work in shifts as needed by the business is important.
- Candidates must be willing to work in a 24x7 operating environment.
- Freshers with strong language ability are eligible to apply.

Additional Information
This is a full-time onsite opportunity in Noida. The salary range offered is INR 5,50,000 to 7,50,000 per year.
