- Compile annual financial statements in line with IFRS and relevant local requirements, including Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS).
- Build and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and controls to support global audit and licensing obligations.
- Assess existing internal controls and finance processes, then refine them to improve efficiency, compliance, and risk management.
- Oversee the lodgement timetable for a multi-entity, multi-jurisdiction group structure.
- Prepare GST/VAT returns and withholding tax submissions for the relevant entities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, along with CA or CPA qualification.
- Background in Big 4 audit, paired with hands-on commercial accounting experience.

- Strong command of financial and management accounting, including practical IFRS knowledge and the ability to interpret and document standards for new products and business lines.
- Experience preparing financial statements under IFRS.
- Good understanding of finance and operations processes, along with the internal controls that support them.
- Confidence managing month-end close, reconciling large and complex data sets, and working to strict deadlines.
- Experience with automation, process improvement, or accounting system implementation.
- Clear and proactive communicator with a solutions-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently, stay on schedule, and improve efficiency without close supervision.
- Adaptable, resilient, collaborative, and consistently professional with high integrity.
