About the role
In this Senior Account Executive position, you will focus on winning new business across Victoria’s pubs, clubs, and restaurants. The job centres on consultative B2B selling, combining SaaS solutions with professional accounting services. You will work with venue operators and hospitality groups to uncover operational and financial challenges, explain the value of Quantaco’s platform, and support prospects through longer, more complex sales processes.
You will report to the Head of Sales in Sydney and work closely with the wider sales organisation to apply market insights and national growth strategies while helping expand Quantaco’s presence in Victoria and beyond. The role suits someone commercially minded, relationship-oriented, and motivated by tangible outcomes for clients.
Responsibilities
- Find, approach, and connect with hospitality businesses across pubs, clubs, and restaurants
- Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Drive new business through outbound outreach, networking, and active industry participation
- Establish strong, trusted relationships with venue owners, operators, and other stakeholders
- Confidently present Quantaco’s products and services in a credible, persuasive way
- Stay engaged with prospects throughout the full sales process
- Run discovery conversations and product demonstrations
- Identify reporting, operational, and financial pain points inside hospitality businesses
- Show how Quantaco’s software and accounting services work together as a complete business solution
- Manage end-to-end B2B sales cycles from first contact to closing
- Keep forecasting and opportunity records accurate in HubSpot CRM
- Represent the business at hospitality expos, networking events, and industry gatherings
- Travel when needed for client meetings, events, and team activities
Requirements
- Background in business development, SaaS sales, or other service-led B2B sales roles
- Exposure to selling technology, finance, operational, or service-based solutions is preferred
- Hospitality sector experience or an existing hospitality network is highly desirable
- Knowledge of venue operations, reporting, or financial management will be an advantage
- Proven ability to handle complex sales cycles and exceed targets
- Strong commercial judgement with a consultative, solutions-oriented approach
- Confidence in negotiating significant commercial agreements
- Excellent presentation and stakeholder management capability
- Comfort presenting software platforms and related technology solutions
- Prior use of CRM tools such as HubSpot is preferred
- Highly self-driven, organised, and proactive in day-to-day work
- Curious, resilient, and commercially focused mindset
- Able to work independently while contributing effectively to a national team

The package includes a base salary with high earning potential, with on-target earnings of $200K+.
