Renegade Vigil is a remote security monitoring service that operates around the clock for retail outlets, warehouses, restaurants, malls, and businesses with multiple locations across the US, Canada, Australia, and other regions. Its model centers on live human oversight rather than passive automation, with operators carrying out three verified checks each hour, every hour of the year. Each check is logged with a timestamped record so clients can clearly see what was reviewed. If a serious issue is detected, the team can trigger emergency action and contact 911 for the client. The company emphasizes disciplined execution, transparent updates, and dependable procedures.

Role Summary

This role is based in Karāchi and offers a mix of onsite and work-from-home flexibility. The position is focused on active remote security monitoring, routine observation of client sites, and precise note-taking using timestamped reports. You will follow established response steps when potential incidents appear, raise concerns promptly, and coordinate with emergency services when required. The job also includes working with internal colleagues to support uninterrupted 24/7 coverage, assisting with client onboarding, and upholding a consistently alert, dependable, and detail-oriented approach during all assigned shifts.

Key Duties

  • Monitor client locations through remote systems and stay attentive to live security feeds.
  • Carry out scheduled checks and record observations accurately with time-based documentation.
  • Identify possible incidents, escalate them according to protocol, and help coordinate emergency response when needed.
  • Maintain clear communication with internal teams to support continuous coverage across shifts.
  • Assist with client onboarding and ensure operational processes are followed correctly.
  • Work within structured workflows while remaining responsive, vigilant, and reliable.

Required Profile

  • Solid system-monitoring ability for remote surveillance and incident recognition.
  • Strong analytical thinking to evaluate situations, recognize patterns, and decide calmly under pressure.
  • Effective communication skills for reporting, escalation, and coordination with teammates.
  • Customer service mindset to handle client needs professionally and supportively.
  • Research ability to understand procedures, review client setups, and stay current on security practices.
  • Comfort working rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Confidence using digital tools, security monitoring software, and basic troubleshooting methods.
  • Prior exposure to security operations, call centers, or monitoring work is helpful but not required.
  • Minimum qualification of a high school diploma or an equivalent credential; training or education in security, IT, or a related area is an added advantage.

Additional Information

This position requires disciplined attendance, punctuality, and consistent reliability. The schedule may include rotating shifts and coverage during weekends and public holidays. The role depends on accurate reporting, quick escalation, and adherence to defined procedures.
