Key duties

Requirements

• Applicants must hold a Smart Serve licence or certification.
• You need to be at least 20 years old and have completed high school or an equivalent qualification.
• You must be legally allowed to work in Canada.
• Strong written, spoken, and interpersonal communication skills are required to interact professionally with staff and members of the public.
• Security licensing must comply with applicable provincial and local rules and be in place before employment starts.
• A successful background check is a condition of employment.
• Customer service ability and clear communication are essential.
• You should have intermediate computer skills to use wireless and innovative technology at client locations.
• We need someone who can respond to crisis situations in a steady and effective manner.
• Applicants must be able to work in different weather conditions, including cold, rain, snow, and heat.
• You should be able to occasionally lift or carry up to 20 kilograms.
• The job may require occasional stair, ramp, or ladder climbing during a shift.
• You must be comfortable standing or walking for extended periods on different surfaces.
