Job description

Role overview

This position is responsible for managing the full scope of e-commerce channel operations in Singapore, including communication, coordination, business planning, and quality control across the online sales function.

Key responsibilities

  • Build and execute the sales operating plan for major e-commerce platforms in Singapore, such as mi.com, the official flagship stores on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop, in line with the company’s overall strategy and performance targets.
  • Drive outcomes against core KPIs, including gross merchandise volume, total profit, inventory turnover, market share, and growth rate.
  • Establish and sustain productive partnerships with important stakeholders in the local e-commerce ecosystem to expand reach and accelerate revenue growth.
  • Own cross-functional initiatives and day-to-day marketplace operations, covering product assortment, pricing, promotional activity, and campaign rollout.
  • Review local market movements, customer behavior, and campaign results in detail, then refine execution plans to improve performance and increase sales.

Requirements

  • The ideal candidate should be adaptable, self-driven, and genuinely interested in e-commerce.
  • Strong comfort with data is required, along with the ability to analyze traffic, user, and sales metrics.
